Hiring: Corporate Trainer (Georgetown, Penang)
This is an instructor role dedicated to truly empowering enterprise clients with Cloud and AI expertise.
We are not merely looking for someone who can deliver a lecture; we are seeking an Instructor capable of transforming emerging tools and concepts into practical, actionable capabilities that participants can apply in real-world scenarios.
Location: Penang, Malaysia.
Following the success of our established training team in Taiwan—which specializes in Google Workspace implementation, AI ecosystem integration, and automation—we are expanding our educational footprint to Malaysia. You will be the cornerstone of this expansion, launching and leading corporate training programs tailored for the Malaysian market in close partnership with our Taiwan colleagues.
In this role, you will go beyond a standard script by constantly researching new technologies to curate high-quality teaching assets, personalizing your instructional style for diverse industries, and empowering clients to deploy practical, automated solutions within their workflows.
We are looking for a learner who stays ahead of Cloud and AI trends, an expert communicator capable of translating technical concepts into business value, and a collaborative leader eager to build training synergy across our Malaysia market.
1. What Success Looks Like?
In this role, high performance is defined by your impact rather than your attendance, specifically through your ability to:
- Educate learners on Cloud and AI applications using a clear, logical, and highly organized methodology.
- Adapt instructional pacing and case studies to match the specific industry, background, and proficiency of each Enterprise client.
- Ensure learners don’t just keep pace, but fully comprehend and successfully implement new skills into their daily workflows.
- Continuously refine and optimize content delivery based on post-training feedback to maintain the highest professional standards.

2. Core Responsibilities
Leveraging our established framework and professional support, your core responsibilities includes:
- Enterprise Training Delivery
Lead engaging physical, virtual, and hybrid sessions on cloud applications for corporate clients. - Content Mastery
Become an expert in our core curriculum, including Google Workspace, AI tools, and automation solutions. - Asset Localization
Translate and adapt Chinese-based materials into English or Malay, tailoring case studies to the Malaysian market and specific industries. - Material Development
Design and refine training decks to ensure logical flow, clarity, and alignment with various learning scenarios. - Cross-Border Collaboration
Work closely with the Taiwan team to sync on technical trends, pedagogical strategies, and quality standards. - Proactive Upskilling
Continuously master emerging Cloud and AI technologies, distilling complex features into simple, digestible content.
3. Work Environment and Team Support
You will have a strong support system throughout this journey:
- Access an established foundation of course content and teaching frameworks from our Taiwan team.
- Engage in regular knowledge exchanges and collaborative learning with experienced instructors in Taiwan.
- Stay current with regularly updated training content with the company providing comprehensive learning resources.
However, we expect you to be a proactive learner who is willing to invest time in internalising content before presenting, rather than a trainer who merely waits for curriculum updates.
4. Roadmap for Success: Your First 6 Months
Phase 1 (Months 1–2): Mastery & Adaptation
Focus on learning the core curriculum, teaching frameworks, and cloud fundamentals while leading the translation and redevelopment of training materials.
Phase 2 (Months 3–4): Delivery & Refinement
Transition to leading training sessions independently, using real-time learner feedback and classroom engagement to sharpen your instructional style.
Phase 3 (Months 5–6): Execution & Optimization
Consistently deliver high-level corporate programs while proactively suggesting strategic improvements to the curriculum and teaching methods.
5. Career Growth & Future Prospects
Through this role, you will cultivate:

- Direct exposure to working within a cross-border team across Malaysia and Taiwan.

6. Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Currently based in Malaysia with the ability to work in our Penang office.
- Fluent in English and Malay (depending on course requirements).
- Proficient in Mandarin (for collaboration with the Taiwan team or specific course requirements).
- Exceptional public speaking, instructional delivery, and professional stage presence.
- Proactive drive to master new technologies and synthesize them into clear educational content.
- Proficient in creating high-quality, professional presentation decks and training assets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- TTT (Train-the-Trainer) certified, ideally by HRD Corp (company support available if not yet certified).
- Experience in corporate training, public workshops, or educational roles.
- Prior exposure to Cloud Services, SaaS, AI tools, or automation solutions.
7. Is This the Right Fit for You?
This role may not be the right fit if you prefer a static curriculum that remains unchanged, or if you are hesitant to adapt your teaching methods for different industries and learner backgrounds. Additionally, this position is not suited for those who do not intend to invest the necessary time into thorough preparation and the continuous optimization of training materials.
8. Evaluation & Remuneration
At TS Cloud, we move away from traditional seniority-based models. Instead, we foster a meritocratic environment where your professional value and the tangible results you deliver are the primary drivers for advancement.
- Performance Reviews: Conducted every 3 months.
- Promotion Evaluations: Conducted every 6 months.
Upon joining, the position is classified as Grade 2. The established annual salary range—which encompasses your base pay and a guaranteed one-month annual bonus—is RM 52,000 – RM71,500.
If the Corporate Bonus is achieved in full, the total annual remuneration can reach up to RM 64,000 – RM88,000.
