The Face of Our Professionalism

As cloud consultants and technical providers, we view professional appearance as a foundation of business trust rather than a matter of vanity. While we don’t require luxury brands, we prioritize cleanliness and appropriateness. Your demeanor and appearance are direct reflections of our company’s commitment to excellence in the eyes of our clients.

1. Dress and Grooming That Inspires Confidence and Trust

We understand that some companies often have a culture of dressing freely, so when working internally, we do allow for more casual and comfortable attire. However, when it is necessary to face clients, attend meetings, or represent the company at events, we require employees to have the wisdom to judge the “Time, Place, and Occasion” (TPO).

1. A clean appearance is the absolute baseline

Regardless of the style of dress, cleanliness and tidiness are non-negotiable standards. Messy hair, unkempt stubble, wrinkled or stained clothing, and body odor are strictly unacceptable.
We believe that if a person cannot manage their own appearance, it is difficult to convince clients that they can meticulously handle the tasks entrusted to them.

2. Rather than expressing individuality, express professionalism

In business settings, clients want to see a “professional consultant” rather than a “highly individualistic passerby.”

If our senior consultants were to offer advice, it would be this:

  • “When visiting clients in traditional manufacturing or the financial sector, I always wear a dress shirt or a suit jacket. This is a sign of respect for the client’s corporate culture.”
  • “While the company doesn’t require us to wear a suit every day, I keep a clean smart-casual blazer at the office just in case of any last-minute client visits.”

2. Business Etiquette That Demonstrates Professionalism

Beyond outward appearance, your conduct and behavior are at the very core of your image. The “etiquette” we value is not about redundant formalities, but rather serves as the “lubricant” that ensures smoother communication and makes others feel respected.

1. Be mindful of etiquette and conduct yourself appropriately

From the way you exchange business cards to the use of honorifics in written correspondence, these details embody the maturity of a professional. We expect employees to take the initiative to learn these business fundamentals rather than waiting to apologize after a faux pas has occurred.

2. Precise and empathetic communication

A professional image is also built upon your “way of speaking.” When faced with client inquiries, you should be able to provide logically clear answers. When faced with client complaints, you should respond calmly and with empathy. Avoid being overly glib or excessively indifferent. Maintaining a balanced attitude—neither servile nor overbearing—is what we consider the ideal professional image.

3. Integrity above all: Never make casual promises

When faced with client inquiries regarding matters you are unsure of or lack confidence in, please honestly state, “I need to confirm this before getting back to you.” Never make casual promises or fabricate answers.
We believe that admitting you “don’t know” and committing to a precise follow-up after verification earns long-term trust far more effectively than providing incorrect information just to save face.

3. Always Be Conscious That You Are the “Face of the Company”

When you step out of the company doors or send an email using the company mailbox, you are no longer just an “individual”—you are the “spokesperson for the company brand.”

Clients may not know our CEO or understand every service we offer, but they will define this company through “you.” If you present yourself as professional, reliable, and trustworthy, clients will perceive the company as professional, reliable, and trustworthy—and the reverse is equally true.

We appreciate employees who possess this “brand awareness”:

  • When tagging the company on public social media, they exercise caution and discretion, refraining from making radical remarks or statements that damage the company’s image.
  • When dining with vendors or clients, even in a relaxed atmosphere, they maintain professional boundaries and decorum, avoiding inappropriate behavior or gossip.
  • They realize that the results of their work directly impact the company’s reputation; therefore, they strictly maintain quality control over every document and every line of code they deliver.

In summary, if you agree that outward image is just as important as internal professionalism, and you are willing to pay attention to detail in order to earn trust, we welcome you to join our ranks.
