[Job Responsibilities]

1. Conduct GCP server establishment and management
2. Provide GCP technical support
3. Plan, maintain and develop deployment strategy for 3CX Phone System
4. Understand the customers’ requirements on Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) migration and provide technical support
5. Develop and apply a clear understanding of TS Cloud’s business processes including planning, solutions, management and maintenance

[Education Qualification]

1. Bachelor of Information Technology, Bachelor of Computer Science, or any relevant Degree in Information Technology
2. Language(s): Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, for both written and spoken

[Technical Skills & Soft Skills Requirements]

1. Familiar and have practical experience with Linux system
2. Familiar with VoIP, SIP Server
3. Willingness to communicate with customers and not just based on computer work assessment
4. Able to encounter potential issues and solve the problems
5. Willing to learn and apply emerging information technology
6. Able to work independently with a high degree of self-driven and motivation
7. Team player
8. Candidates who is able to start work as soon as possible/immediately are most welcome

[Salary range]

Starting salary from RM5,500 per month
