Hiring Process

If you meet the job requirements and are interested in joining TS Cloud, please review our hiring process below:

Stage 1: Questionnaire Form

Applicants must complete the Google form (the link will be provided in the job advertisement). Shortlisted applicants will receive an email or phone call to schedule their next interview within 5 to 7 working days.

Stage 2: Video Interview

This stage will focus on the content of your previous work, your personality traits, and your knowledge of the vacancy. Applicants are also welcome to ask questions about the job and the company.
Shortlisted applicants will receive an email or phone call to schedule their next interview within a few working days.

Stage 3: Face-to-face Interview

At this stage the applicant’s previous experience, motivations and future plans will be discussed to gain a better understanding of the applicant.

Stage 4: Decision and Job Offer

The outcome will be notified via email once a decision has been made, regardless of whether you have been selected or not. Qualified applicants will receive the offer letter along with the email.
