Hiring Process
Stage 1: Pre-interview Questionnaire
A link to the Application Questionnaire is provided at the bottom of each active job vacancy page. Interested candidates are invited to complete the questionnaire. If your qualifications meet our requirements, we will contact you within three working days.
Stage 2: Telephone / Video Preliminary Interview
For candidates who successfully pass the Stage 1 assessment, we will send an interview invitation via email within five working days. The email will include a booking link, allowing you to select and schedule a time slot that is convenient for you.
Stage 3: Face-to-face Interview
Candidates who pass the Stage 2 preliminary interview will receive an email to schedule a formal interview. This stage requires you to visit our office in person.
Stage 4: Notification of Results
Regardless of the outcome of the Stage 3 interview, we will notify you of the final result via email once the internal assessment is complete.
FAQ
When will I receive a response after completing the questionnaire?
If the results of your questionnaire align with our expectations, we will contact you within five working days to invite you to the next stage of the preliminary interview. If you do not receive an invitation, it indicates that your application is not a close match at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
If my questionnaire aligns with the company’s expectations, how will you contact me to participate in the next stage of the interview?
We will send an interview invitation to the email address you provided in the questionnaire. Please visit the page link within the email to schedule a time that is convenient for you.
How long will it take to receive a notification after the interview?
Our team will inform you toward the end of the video or phone interview regarding the estimated number of working days required for the evaluation.
Following the evaluation, shortlisted candidates will be invited via email to participate in the final stage of the interview process. Please be advised that unsuccessful candidates will not be notified.
Do I need to bring anything to the interview?
You will be required to share the digital copies of your CV and portfolio during the initial stage. t
Hence, there is no need to bring physical copies on the day of the interview.
How long will it take to receive a notification regarding the next steps after the interview?
Sometimes we need to wait for all interviews to be completed before making a final selection. Therefore, before the end of your interview, we will inform you of the expected latest date by which you will receive notification of the final result.
Will I be notified of the interview result regardless of whether I am hired?
From the questionnaire and phone screening to the final interview, we appreciate your cooperation throughout our recruitment process. Accordingly, for all candidates who reach the third stage, we will notify you of the outcome via email, regardless of the final result.
Does TS Cloud provide onboarding training?
Every position will have scheduled onboarding training with content tailored to the individual’s experience and the specific requirements of the role.
DoesTS Cloud provides festives/year-end bonus?
We do not provide festive bonus. Regarding the year-end bonus, the amount is determined based on the company’s annual cash flow and the individual employee’s performance evaluation. This is typically equivalent to one month’s salary; for employees with less than one year of service, the bonus will be distributed on a pro-rata basis.
There seem to be several Japanese employees in the company; is it acceptable if I do not speak Japanese?
While we do have Japanese colleagues, Japanese language proficiency is not a requirement. As we are a global organisation, our primary professional communication is Mandarin and English.
