Apply for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Access to Google official webiste via the link here to apply for 14-day trial (account is limit to 10)

Step 2
Verify domain ownership
When you sign up for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), you must verify the domain (e.g. .com) to prove the ownersgip before you can use Google Workspace, including the Gmail service.
Verification Method:
- Add a TXT or CNAME record in your domain panel (recommended)
- Upload the HTML file to your website
- Add a meta tag to your website
Step 3
Change the MX records
After domain ownership is verified, the MX records must be changed.
It may take 24 to 48 hours for MX records to show up in the system.

To prevent others from spoofing your domain address to send emails, which will result in your company’s emails being classified as spam or blocked outright, it is recommended that you add an SPF record to the domain panel. Recipients can use the SPF records to determine whether the email was actually sent from an authorized mail server.
Please create a TXT record with the following value: v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all

Method 1: Provide credit card details to buy from Google
After you enter the payment information, it will be automatically deducted in the future. Currently, Google only offers credit card payment and you have to pay the withholding tax in addition to the user account fees.
Method 2: Purchase from Google Partner in Malaysia via online banking
Binding your credit card is not required if you buy from a local merchant. Moreover, you can enjoy multilingual support and Google support at the same time.
