High-Spec Enterprise Plan with No User Limit

Google Workspace Enterprise plan has no limitation on the number of users. It provides three editions: Enterprise Essentials, Enterprise Standard, and Enterprise Plus, and allows you to enjoy various functions that are exclusive to the Enterprise plan.

Google Drive

Google Drive is the cloud storage provided by Google Workspace. You can store, access, and share all your files in a secure location. Compared with the 5TB storage per user of Business Plus, the cloud storage of Enterprise Standard and Enterprise Plus is unlimited(only valid for 5 users and above).

Google Meet

Google Meet is an enterprise-grade video conferencing tool. Like other Google services, it provides security measures to secure your information and safeguard your privacy. The recording function is available in all editions of the Enterprise plan which can directly save them on the Drive. In terms of the participant limit, Enterprise Standard and Enterprise Plus can accommodate up to 250 participants in joining Google Meet at the same time.

In-Domain Live Streaming

The live streaming of Google Meet refers to the organizer being able to invite other users within your organization to view a live stream from your organization. The maximum number of live-stream viewers in Enterprise Standard is 10,000 while Enterprise Plus is 100,000. However, this feature is not available in the Business Plan.

Noise Cancellation

The noise cancellation is used to filter out noise from your video calls on Google Meet, such as dogs barking sounds and car noises. By applying noise cancellation, video conferences can be carried out smoothly even if there is background noise. Please note that this function is only available in Enterprise Plus.

Connected Sheets

By using Connected Sheets (also known as the new BigQuery data connector), access, analyze, visualize and share billions of rows of data from your spreadsheet. With this, you can carry out the analysis even though you do not specialize in programming languages ​​such as SQL. Please note that this function is only available in Enterprise plans.

Cloud Search (for third-party repositories)

Cloud Search makes it easy for your organization to search across Google Workspace services, such as Drive, Contacts, and Gmail, and third-party data sources. You can retrieve your files via Gmail and Drive, but when you can’t remember where the files are stored, Cloud Search can come in handy.

For Business Plus and Enterprise Standard, Cloud Search can be used to search first-party repositories, while for Enterprise Plus, it can search first-party and third-party repositories.

Security

Security Center & Data Regions

The Security Center provides advanced security information and analytics and added visibility and control into security issues affecting your domain. The Security Center expands on advanced settings in the Google Admin console to surface your security data through insightful, customizable reports.

In addition, the region where the data center setting of the cloud-based service is located is called the “data region”. Google Workspace administrators can store your covered data in a specific geographic location by using a data region policy. The geographic location options are the United States or Europe.
